ORANGE BLOSSOM HONEY LEMONADE

SMALL BATCH, FARM FRESH, CRAFTED + COLD PRESSED LOCALLY

When Molly Chester started farming the land of Apricot Lane Farms, she witnessed two things— the importance of the health of the soil in growing flavorful and nutrient-dense food, and the healing power of a glass of lemonade.

Our lemonade recipe is an elevated take on tradition that’s been tested and fine-tuned over the years as we’ve made it for our farm team on hot summer days. Crafted with our freshest harvest of Biodynamic® & Regenerative OrganicTM Lisbon lemons that are cold-pressed, and sweetened with local, raw Honey Pacifica Orange Blossom Honey, you’ll experience the perfect union of farm and nature in each sip.

“Living on a farm with over 30 acres of lemon trees encourages one to develop a killer lemonade recipe! We love to make a batch for the farm team to cool off on a hot summer afternoon.”

FAQs

Is the lemonade certified organic and biodynamic?

Apricot Lane Farms is a certified organic, Regenerative Organic, and Biodynamic farm, however our lemonade is not certified. We exclusively use our own Biodynamic Lisbon lemons for our lemonade, but because we choose to use local, raw honey, the lemonade cannot be certified organic. In fact, there is no certified organic honey made in the continental United States. However, while certifications are great, the best way to ensure quality is knowing your farmer (or beekeeper) and their practices. Purchasing the honey directly from the source (and keeping it SoCal local) we know this honey has been cultivated and harvested with the best practices in mind.

What kind of packaging do you use?

We use 100% recycled polyethylene terephthalate or RPET. PET is a clear, strong, and lightweight plastic that is widely used for packaging foods and beverages because of its safety and durability. PET is bisphenol-A (BPA) free and contains zero phthalates (plasticizers). In addition to being made from recycled materials, RPET can also be fully recycled.
To eliminate any harmful bacteria, we employ a process called HPP (High Pressure Processing), which helps the product maintain the highest nutrient density and minimally impacts vitamins, antioxidants and nutrition. This process requires significant force on the package, which glass cannot sustain. Juice that comes in a glass bottle has been heat-treated, which can alter the taste.
