Our unrefined Avocado Oil is made from 100% Biodynamic Hass Avocados from our farm that are hand-picked at peak season and ripened to perfection. The flesh of the fruit is pressed in small batches through a gentle, artisanal process that uses centrifugal forces and minimal heat to capture the avocados’ emerald green oil, while preserving nutrients and flavor.
