Our cow herd is rotationally grazed across open pastures where we intentionally grow a diversity of grasses to support the animals’ health, while regenerating the soil. The result is clean, deeply flavorful beef with nutrient-rich fat and beautiful marbling.

SHIPS FROZEN, DIRECT FROM OUR FARM
- Available to ship in the contiguous USA (Hawaii + Alaska excluded)
- Meat Boxes are shipped frozen overnight with insulated packaging and cold packs, directly from our farm on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
- We recommend tracking your shipment and refrigerating contents promptly upon delivery, especially during warmer weather, to ensure optimal quality and freshness.
