Gelado™ avocados

Gelado™  is a seasonal variety that peaks in the summer, discovered here at Apricot Lane Farms. We named this variety “Gelado” because of its unbelievably creamy, decadent texture and deep avocado flavor. A child of Nabal, the small Gelado avocado tree produces pear-to oval-shaped fruit with the stem slightly off to one side, and an extremely high fat content. When ripe, it gets wrinkly, stays green, and may develop dark patches—signs it’s ready for you to enjoy. Their velvety flesh makes them a standout seasonal variety that’s perfect for spreading, slicing, or savoring by the spoonful.

Each 5 lb box features a curated selection of Gelado™ avocados—a seasonal variety exclusive to our farm, available for just a few weeks during the summer, once fully mature and delicious.

Harvested to order & shipped directly from our farm to your door

Each Monday, avocados are hand-picked to order for delivery boxes with careful attention to peak flavor and shelf life, packed on the farm in 100% recycled materials, and shipped on Mondays & Tuesdays via USPS Priority Mail.
