We’re beyond proud to share our first ever 100% Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil, from olives grown, hand-picked, hand-sorted, and cold-pressed right here on the farm. This limited release batch of olive oil is certified Organic and made from a deliciously diverse blend of our Mission, Manzanillo, Arbequina, and Lucca olives. The combination of olive varieties creates a complex, buttery oil that can be used as a cooking or finishing oil, and has an impressively high 435° smoke point for EVOO. This special release is only available in limited quantities and exclusively sold online and at local farmers’ markets.
